Holistic Nutrition is the science of using natural, whole foods and nutritional supplements to detoxify, rebuild, and balance the whole person, with an awareness of how these dietary choices are interrelated with the condition of our body, emotions, spirit and the environment. Diet is extremely important because every day what you eat either nourishes or dilutes your Essential Substances. Nutritional Symptomatology is a reliable way of determining your nutritional status. It pinpoints nutritional inadequacies which can be corrected by changes in diet and food supplementation.
We make suggestions about ways of building and maintaining nutritional well-being. We are all biochemically unique and respond to nutrition in individual ways. Detection and management of food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies and proper use of vitamin supplements are all part of obtaining optimal health. Improper nutrition is often the source of many physical ailments. We are what we eat. A balanced nutritional program regulates not only what we eat but how we digest, absorb, assimilate and utilize our food intake.
We educate, and advise our clients on how to address and correct specific nutritional imbalances and weaknesses. There is no diet that is right for everyone all of the time. Neither are there miracle nutrients that will cure all ills. Each person is uniquely different; we develop a protocol based on each client’s individual needs and lifestyle.
